Bug hotel
Where do bugs sleep at night? Get creative and during the month of July craft your own bug hotel in this grab and go activity provided by the Edgar Branch Public Library.
Pick up instructions and a bag of materials from the library. Follow the instructions to make a 3D paper hotel out of scrapbook paper and then decorate it with dot stickers, glitter foam and more. There will also be directions on how to create a real bug hotel with supplies from your backyard. When it rains, your neighborhood bugs will have a place to stay warm and dry.
The kit is free and available while the supplies last.
Fairy doll
Stop by the Edgar Branch Public Library in July and pick up a “little treasure” craft kit to make your own fairy doll at home.
The library will supply the materials and instructions to make a cute little doll that will make you or someone else smile.
The kit is free and available during July while supplies last.
