Timothy “Tim” E. Gorla

Timothy “Tim” E. Gorla, 73, Sheldon, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2024, from a chronic lung disease, at Mayo Hospital in Eau Claire, surrounded by his loving family.

Tim was born June 13, 1951, in Chippewa Falls.

He loved the outdoors and enjoyed, fishing, hunting, canoeing, gardening and motorcycles.

Tim was a man of few words, who loved his family dearly.

He is survived by his wife – Terri; his godchildren – Nicholas (Sabrina) Burlingame, Faye (Nathan) Helland and Anna (Cole) Meyer; two brothers-in-law – Barry (Darlene) Hoke and Jack Burlingame; two sisters-in-law – Cathy Moussette and Barb Anderson; several nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents – Joseph and May Belle Gorla; three brothers-in-law –Kent Hoke, Larry Moussette and Tom Anderson; and one sister-in-law – Wendy Hoke.
