Chad Brody

Chad Allan Brody, 50, Neillsville passed away on Sept. 21, 2024, at Marshfield Medical Center, Marshfield.

Chad was born on Dec. 10, 1973, to Charles (Chuck) Sr. and Gloria Brody in Janesville. Chad’s family moved to Granton and he graduated from Granton High School in 1992. Chad married his wife, Marchelle, in 1995, and together they had three children: Taran, Logan and Kaylee. He was most recently employed at Grassland Dairy. His hobbies included fishing, his newfound hobby of laser engraving, and watching football – especially his favorite team, the San Francisco 49ers.

Chad is survived by his three children: Taran, Logan and Kaylee (Owen); anticipated first grandchild – expected late September; mother, Gloria McCoy (McHone); father, Charles (Carol) Brody Sr.; and siblings: Chuck (Linda) Brody, Lisa (Jeff) Meicher and David (Crystal) Brody; as well as an aunt, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marchelle; and uncle, Clarence McHone. A celebration of Chad’s life will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be made at www.geschefh.com. The Gesche Funeral Home is assisting Chad’s family with funeral arrangements.
