Paul Jacobsen

1966-2024

Paul Jacobsen, 57, of Medford passed away May 16, 2024 at Marshifield Hospital. Paul was born August 31, 1966 to Shirley (Hamm) and Richard Jacobsen. He attended the Medford School District.

May 5, 1995 he married Carol Lavin. He worked form 1998-2018 at the Melvin Companies till they were bought out by County Materials where he was currently working.

Paul enjoyed bowling, hunting, side by side riding or just hanging out with friends. He was always there to help out if anyone needed help.

He is survived by his wife, Carol; son, Jeff Lavin; grand-daughter, Hailey Jo Lavin; brother, Dave (Renee) Jacobsen; nephew, Justin Jacobsen; and niece, Nicole Jacobsen.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father.

John J. Buettgen Funeral Home is serving the family.

A Celebration of Life will be held August 31 at Cindy’s.
