Susan Gipp

Susan “Sue” K. Gipp (Justman), age 73, of Tripoli, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2024.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2024, at Nimsgern Funeral Home in Woodruff. Family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, Jan. 12, 2024, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Nimsgern Funeral Home in Woodruff and on Saturday, from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

Sue was born July 22, 1950, in Marshfield, the daughter of Roy and Vivien (Johnson) Justman. After the passing of her father, she was lovingly raised by her mother and stepfather, Vivien (Johnson) Bloom and Leo Bloom. She married Don Gipp on March 7, 1970, in Marshfield.

Sue is best remembered for owning and operating Gipper’s Reel Em Inn located in the Willow River Region with her husband, Don. She loved cheering on the Packers and Brewers, and adored her familyespecially her grandchildren.

Sue is lovingly survived by her son, Corey (Jennifer) Gipp of Hatley, and brothers: Dennis (Pam) Bloom of Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., and Ronald (Judy Lyon) Bloom of Alpharetta, Ga. She is further survived by her grandchildren: Hunter and Olivia Gipp.

Susan was preceded in death by her mother, father, stepfather and husband.
