Francis (Fritz) Boge

1937-2022

Francis (Fritz) Boge, age 85, of Medford, passed away peacefully on Dec. 27, 2022 at Bethany Riverside Transitional Care in La Crosse, after a long illness.

Fritz was born Feb. 28, 1937. Fritz and his second wife, Carol were dairy farmers for many years in Medford. He was an avid sportsman.

Fritz is survived by his brothers, Melvin and John; his sister, Dorothy; six daughters from his first marriage, Lora Boge, Peggy Moore, Lisa Meyer, Patty Jo Boge-Perez, Pamela Hawko and Mary Keehn; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Fritz was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Opal; his first wife, Margaret; and his second wife, Carol.
