Sharon Molitor

Sharon J. Molitor, age 81, of Dorchester, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2022, at Appleton Thedacare.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at a later date. The Maurina Schilling Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

Sharon was born on December 6, 1941, the daughter of Clifford and Elizabeth (Jasurda) Marcott in Phillips. She attended school in Stetsonville and Dorchester. Sharon was united in marriage to Mark Molitor on November 22, 1958, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford. He preceded her in death on July 5, 2017.

Sharon worked at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield. She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church. Sharon loved sewing, knitting, and reading. Sharon loved and cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Sharon is survived by her six children: Kathleen (Rick) Grant, Mark (Lisa) Molitor, Jeffrey (Ann) Molitor, Kevin (Lisa) Molitor, Dawn (Terry) Anklam and Kenneth (Roni) Molitor; 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her brother, Gary (Gloria) Marcott and her two sisters: Diane Lubowicz and Lana (John) Klimek; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, and a grandson, Ryan Molitor.
