Glen Weber
Glen E. Weber, 79, passed away July 20, 2022, at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay.
He was born September 15, 1942, to Evelyn and Erwin Weber in Milwaukee. Glen graduated from Custer High School, class of 1961. He was united in marriage to Charlotte Foate on April 28, 1962.
After high school Glen worked in engineering at Kieffers in Milwaukee, then later owned and managed Mayville Inn. He found his passion in farming where he dairy farmed in Brownsville, Suring and Withee, where he resided until his health declined. Glen was a collector of many things and enjoyed “treasure hunting.” Glen was a member of the Alliance Church in Curtiss.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn Weber, his father, Erwin Weber, and daughter during birth.
Glen is survived by a brother, Larry (Jeanette) Weber of Hartford; his sons: Brian (Angie) Weber of Gleason, Brett (Kari) Weber of Withee, Brad (Sandi) Weber of Withee and Barry Weber of Merrill; his grandchildren: Alex (Ryan) of Wisconsin Rapids, Ethan of Gleason, Eli of Merrill, Elizabeth of Merrill, Madalyn of Withee, Christopher of Medford and Michael of Dorchester; and his great-grandchildren: Oliver and Ila of Wisconsin Rapids.
In following Glen’s wishes a private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. Simply Cremation is assisting family with services.
