Mark Crothers

Mark Crothers, 72, Granton, died on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022, at the Clark County Rehabilitation and Living Center in Owen. A memorial service for Mark will be held later this spring or early summer at the York Center-United Methodist Church in Granton. Interment will be in Windfall Cemetery in Granton.

Mark Wendell Crothers was born on July 22, 1949, in Marshfield, the son of Jack K. and Marcia N. (nee Nelson) Crothers. He graduated from Granton High School in 1968 and then attended technical school in Kenosha and earned an associate degree in horticulture. He and his brother, Bruce, farmed on the family farm for years until an accident forced Mark to retire five years ago. Mark loved motorcycles and antique tractors.

He is survived by his brother, Bruce. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. Online condolences may be made at www.geschefh.com. Gesche Funeral Home and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
