Lucille Ruth Daellenbach, 95, died Jan. 13, 2022 in Abbotsford under the care of Hope Hospice and Palliative Care Inc., Medford and Abbotsford Health Center.

Per Lucille’s wishes there will be a celebration of life for immediate family at a later date.

Lucille was born May 18, 1926, in Medford to Andrew and Frances (Monheim) Scheuer and graduated In their retirement they enjoyed polka music and dancing. She is survived by five daughters and a stepson, JoAnn(Ronald)Liszewski, Stevens Point; Kay (Robert) Marschke, Rib Lake, Patricia Liebl, Marshfield, Sandy (Jack) Reseburg, Marshfield, Joyce (Matt) Marchese, Eau Claire; Jon Daellenbach (Melissa), Wakefield, Mass. She was blessed with 12 grandchildren, Timothy (Collette) Liszewski, Cory (Ronald) Mattson, Jessi (Brad) Borchardt, Ann (Jeremy) VanCamp, Nikki (Matt) Tysver, Sam (Amanda) Reseburg, Nathan Marchese, Emma Marchese, Lea (Jared) Duckstad, Jill (Eric) Scheppler, Hannah and Tyler Daellenbach; 23 great-grandchildren; six greatgreat grandchildren; and siblings, Carolyn Schilling, Elaine Mravik, and Norman Scheuer, all of Medford.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents; her previous husband, Leo Liebl; husband, James Daellenbach; and sisters, Betty Wisniewski and Marion from Rib Lake High School in 1944.

On June 9, 1945 she married Leo Liebl in New York City at St Patrick’s Cathedral just at the close of WWII. They spent most of their married life in Medford and ran a tv shop at the back of the Ackeret Brother’s store, built a mink ranch and raised mink for several years. They were later divorced.

Lucille was a member of a curling club, a 4-H sewing leader and a skilled quilter.

She worked for Peterson Concrete in Medford as a secretary/bookkeeper until age 70. She retired and then married James Daellenbach on Oct. 26, 1996. Peche.
