Kyle D. Gustum, 27, of Medford pled guilty to battery. Sentence was withheld and a probation of one year was ordered. A charge of disorderly conduct-domestic (infliction of physical pain or injury, repeater) was dismissed but read in court. Terms of probation include: submitting a DNA sample; no contact with the victim; write a letter of apology to the victim within 30 days of sentencing and be pre-approved by probation; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation; pay supervision fees as ordered by Department of Corrections. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $443.
Charles R. Kuhn, 40, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of possession of THC (party to a crime) and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (party to a crime). A possession of methamphetamine (party to a crime) was dismissed but read in court. Sentence was withheld and a probation of 18 months was ordered. Terms of probation include: must submit a DNA sample; undergo counseling and AODA as deemed appropriate by probation; supervision fees must be paid as ordered by the Department of Corrections. He was ordered to pay two forfeitures of $443 each, and do 100 hours of community service.
Scott G. Meyer, 59, of Owen, a charge of disorderly conduct-domestic abuse was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Lawrence J. Sowatzke IV, 18, of Marshfield, pled no contest and was found guilty of disorderly conduct. Amended to an ordinance violation of Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $330.50.
Tari L. Kenner, 42, of Gilman pled not guilty to the following charges: disorderly conduct-domestic, criminal damage to property, and contact after domestic abuse arrest. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for February 16, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. A status hearing is scheduled for February 23, 2022, at 11 a.m.
