Robert Feiner was born to Lilian and Henry Feiner on November 26, 1940, in St. Paul, Minn., and died at the age of 81 on December 3, 2021, in his home, of Covid. He was the second to the youngest son, in a family of seven.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, and four brothers: Larrance, Henry, Joe and Rich; one sister, Corrine, and a daughter, Doreen.

Surviving him is his wife, Karen of Dorchester; brother, Jack Feiner (Pam) of St Paul, Minn.; four children: Jay (Dawn) Feiner of St. Paul, Minn., Matt Feiner of Colby, Dan Feiner of Dorchester and Heather Goldman (Dan) from Mass. He is further survived by 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Bob graduated from Johnson High School in St Paul, Minn., in 1959, and took, two years of schooling for welding. For his work he traveled around the U.S. and Canada.

He loved his job of welding. he welded on water towers, storage tanks and nuclear power plants. Through the years, he worked for American Hoist, Chicago Bridge and Iron, PDM and Heely Ruff Corp. In the year 1972 he became one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Then, in 1982, he married his wife Karen, and he began to work locally so he could stay home. He had jobs at J.I. Case and Merrill Iron and Steel. He retired in 1990 from his welding career to start a career of allowing him to use his welding skills to work for Jehovah’s Witnesses, not only locally but also in foreign countries on many building projects, and to use his time to help others to learn about Jehovah in the door-to-door ministry, and conducting Bible studies with interested ones.

He also loved to hunt, do wood working projects, and building many things, like different types of bird houses, and he was known for painting many things (Feiner blue). He was a man who liked people. He would talk to anyone he met, and would always help his neighbors any way he could.
