Paul W. Pernsteiner, 61, of Medford passed away at home on Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021.

Per Paul’s request private family services will be held at a later date.

Paul was born on Dec. 10, 1959 to Walter and Mary (Hirsch) Pernsteiner. He graduated from Medford High School in 1977 and received his Associate Degree from NTC. He married Debra Briski, she survives. Paul was the owner/ operator of Pernsteiner Carpets and PDQ Medical Transit.

In addition to his wife; Paul is survived by his mother, Mary Pernsteiner; daughter, Jessica (Travis) Kallenbach of Marshfield; grandchildren, Dylan, Carter, Annalise Kallenbach; brothers, Jon (Lori) of Cambridge, Ray (Lynne) of Eagan, Minn., and Danny (Tina) of Hortonville; motherin- law Florence Briski of Greenwood. Paul is further survived by many nieces, other family, and friends.

Paul was preceded in death by his father, Walter Pernsteiner; and father-in-law, John Briski.
