Troy M. Hargraves

Troy “Troy Boy” M. Hargraves, 53, of Rib Lake, was called home Saturday, May 22, 2021. A service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 2, at Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park with burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial bench will be placed in Rib Lake. For complete obituary, visit delehantyfh. com.

He was born Mar. 28, 1968, in Rockford, Ill., the son of Forest E. and Leeanna L. (Peterson) Hargraves, Jr. Troy graduated from Harlem High School, Class of 1986 and was formerly employed by Jubilee Foods and Penguin Foods, most recently by Cubs Food in Rockford. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Savanna (Brandon) Hargraves; son, Jacob (Kaitlynn) Hargraves; grandchildren, Owen, Ethan, Emma, Connor, Ivan and Leo; parents, Forest and Leeanna Hargraves; brothers, Chad (Peggy), Jason (Christy), Brent, and Steven (Tina) Hargraves; grandmother, Dorothy Hargraves; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Forest Hargraves, Sr., and Dean (Pearl) Peterson.
