Sandra Dillinger

Sandra “Sandy” K. Dillinger, 72, Auburndale, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2021, at home.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 15, 2021, at Sauter/Rembs Funeral Home, Stratford where visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the service time. Deacon Ray Draeger will preside.

Sandy was born on Nov. 17, 1948, in Marshfield to Harvey and Inez (Hoffman) Behringer. She graduated from Stratford High School. She was united in marriage to David R. Dillinger on Jan. 17, 1970, at St. Kilian’s Catholic Church, Blenker. They farmed together for 35 years. He passed away on August 4, 2018.

Sandy enjoyed gardening, raising chickens, sewing, crafts, embroidery and playing cards. She also enjoyed feeding and watching the birds.

She is survived by her children: Troy (Michelle) Dillinger, Timothy Dillinger, Nicole Dillinger, all of Stratford, and Angela (Jim) Kusiak of Mosinee. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; a sister, Cindy (Art) Smith; and brothers: Mike Behringer and Mark (Jackie) Behringer; sister-inlaw, Clara Kaus; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
