The following made initial appearance in court and entered pleas of not guilty: John M. Akey, 72, Medford, hit-and-run; Aiden A. M. Johnson, 16, Medford, unreasonable and imprudent speed; Timothy P. Kramas, 53, Athens, operating while under the influence-first offense [prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.15 percent] and operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent; Carrie G. Lewan, 31, Medford, speeding 25-29 mph over the limit; Stefanie K. Matthias, 35, Medford, non-registration of vehicle; Alan M. Whetstone, 46, Stetsonville, disorderly conduct; Michael J. Mitchem, 44, Park Falls, theft.
Jessica L. Clark, 49, Tomah, failed to appear in court and was found guilty by default of theft. The court ordered a forfeiture of $728.50 in fines and restitution.
Trevor R. Dahl, 26, Medford, failed to appear in court and was found guilty by default of operating while under the influence-first offense. The court ordered a forfeiture of $924.50; Dahl’s driver’s license revoked for seven months; an ignition interlock device installed on his vehicle for 12 months; and he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan.
Shana M. Flory, 38, Conrath, failed to appear in court and was found guilty by default of speeding 11-15 mph over the limit. The court ordered a forfeiture of $175.30.
Salina Gomez, 39, Tomah, failed to appear in court on August 4 and was found guilty by default of theft. The court ordered a forfeiture of $389.50 plus $1,400 in restitution. Motion was made and granted to reopen the case. Gomez again failed to appeared in court on November 17 and was found guilty by default of theft. The court ordered a forfeiture of $389.50 plus $1,400 in restitution for a total assessment in the case of $3,579.
Tommy L. Wilkes, 34, Gilman, was found guilty at trial of disorderly conduct and forfeited $263.50.
Eric E. Youngs, 44, Warrens, failed to appear in court and was found guilty by default of theft. The court ordered a forfeiture of $648.50 in fines and restitution.
Ashley A. Schmitt, 30, Gilman, pled guilty to operating an ATV or UTV while intoxicated. She forfeited $452.50; and must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with treatment plan recommendations.
A separate charge of operating an ATV or UTV with a PAC-first offense against Schmitt was dismissed on the court’s own motion.

$201: Juan A. Davila Blndon, 38, Rib Lake, operating without a valid license-first offense.
$200.50: Natasha S. Bratland, 30, Lublin, operating a motor vehicle without insurance; John O. Bunkelman, 17, Medford, truancy-first offense; Ezekiel J. Glick, 21, Medford, speeding 16-19 mph over the limit and operating a motor vehicle without insurance ($200.50 each offense); Cameron P. Stumpner, 23, Athens, operating while revoked (first offense); Samantha L. Wilmoth, 30, Westboro, operating while suspended; Matthew S. Yurinich, 22, Phillips, speeding 16-19 mph over the limit.
