Shirlene J. Schmidt, 44, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2020, from a heart attack at her place of residence in Curtiss. A visitation will be held on Friday, June 5 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Clary Memorial Funeral Home in Richland Center. There will be no formal service following visitation. Shirlene was born on May 2, 1976, in Boscobel to John and Lois (Grassman) Schmidt.

Shirlene is survived by her father, John Schmidt of Boscobel; a daughter, Amanda Schmidt; three brothers, Ron (Cathy) Grassman of La Crosse, Kurt (Georgia) Grassman of Bear Valley and Fred Schmidt of Monona, Iowa; a sister, Yvonne (Paul) Barth of Tennessee; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Shirlene was preceded in death by her mother, Lois Schmidt; and her brother, Greg Grassman.
