Tami Jo Price, died Oct. 9, 2019, in Daytona Beach, Fla.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019, at Park City Baptist Church, Jacksonville, Fla., for her family, friends and former co-workers.

A celebration of life is being planned for the night of Saturday, Nov. 16, 2019, at Corral Bar, Abbotsford. Please contact Lisa Younker for more information on that event.

She was born Oct. 24, 1980, to Randy and Dawn (Riehle) Swacker at Medford Memorial Hospital, Medford. She attended Abbotsford Public Schools, graduating in 1999. Tami Jo attended Marian College and Mid-States Technical College-Wisconsin Rapids campus, earning her registered nursing degree.

She moved to Jacksonville, Fla., in 2009 where she married David Price. They later divorced. While living in Jacksonville, Tami used her nursing degree to deliver in-home hospice care, something she enjoyed very much. She had to give up her career after being involved in a car accident that left her permanently disabled.

Tami Jo is survived by her parents, Randy and Dawn Swacker; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many other relatives. She was predeceased by all of her grandparents: Virgil and Evelyn Swacker and George and Margaret Riehle.
