PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
1. An application for informal administration was filed.
2. The decedent, with date of birth of July 12, 1932 and date of death of April 21, 2021, was domiciled in Taylor County, State of Wisconsin, with a mailing address of 1014 W. Broadway Ave., Medford, WI 54451.
