Court proceedings
The following cases were dismissed on prosecutor’s motions: Sarah J. Ambuhl, 31, Merrill, disorderly conduct; Kenneth F. Pemble, 39, Park Falls, failure to yield the right-of-way and operating while suspended.
Danielle P.-A. Burch, 28, Gilman, pled no contest to hit-and-run to property adjacent to highway and forfeited $263.50.
Burch also pled no contest to separate charges of failure to keep vehicle under control and failure to stop at a stop sign. She forfeited $213.10 and $175.30 respectively.
Sara J. Dahl, 37, Owen, pled no contest to worthless checks (greater than $2,500). Dahl forfeited $3,782.08 in costs and restitution; must submit to a DNA sample; and write a letter of apology, pre-approved by the victim witness coordinator, to the victims and due after court appearance on March 29.
Anthony Martinez, 25, Elgin, Ill., pled no contest to an amended charge of possession of marijuana and forfeited $330.50. The original charge had been possession of THC. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.
Martinez also pled no contest to speeding 20-24 mph over the limit and forfeited $225.70.
Kevin W. Radtke, 63, Rib Lake, pled guilty to operating while under the influence-first offense. Radtke forfeited $859.50; his driver’s license was revoked for six months; and he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan.
Taylor County Circuit Court
A separate charge of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.08 percent, less than 0.15 percent (first offense) against Radtke was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.
Shane C. Will, 44, Wausau, pled no contest to fishing with more than three hooks, lines and baits. He forfeited $152.55.
Ashleigh N. Zade, 26, Ladysmith, pled no contest to operating without a valid license-second offense within three years and forfeited $443.
A second charge of operating without a valid licensesecond offense within three years against Zade was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.
A divorce decree was granted to Gene R. Parker, 37, Madison, and Tammy L. Parker, 53, Medford.
