McAlpine, 45, Gilman, possess/loan/borrow another’s license and place, use, hunt wild animals with bait-less than five gallon; Alan M. Metz, 24, Medford, operating while under the influence-first offense; Jeffery J. Reuter, 36, Medford, speeding 25-29 mph over the limit, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC)-third offense and operating while under the infl uence-third offense; Dionne A. Sorenson, 20, Ashland, theft of library materials; John D. Tischer Jr., 41, Gilman, operating while under the influence-first offense and operating while suspended; Juan A. Vargas Carlos, 51, Plymouth, place, use or hunt over illegal bait/feed for bear hunting, bear dog training or deer hunting and use of automated or elevated feeders; Bruce M. Christoph, 37, Boyd, operating while suspended (causing death); Blake D. Weiler, 17, Medford, speeding 20-24 mph over the limit.

Joseph W. Kittel, 30, Wausau, pled no contest to failure to keep records as required, failure to keep accurate records or otherwise provide incorrect information. He forfeited $544.50 and his DNR privileges were revoked/ suspended for two years.

Kittel pled no contest to a charge of a common carrier illegally transporting a deer and forfeited $303.30.

Kittel also pled no contest to hunting with an improper license and forfeited $222.90.
