A charge of disorderly conduct against Cody C. Bowe, 32, Fond du Lac, was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.
A charge of disorderly conduct-domestic abuse against Cody J. Bunkelman, 33, Stetsonville, was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.
The following appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Dennis L. Henke, 51, Medford, disorderly conduct; Robert W. Monroe II, 30, Rib Lake, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an illegally obtained prescription, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury) and criminal damage to property; Zachary T. Susen, 24, Gilman, disorderly conduct.
The following pled no contest to failure to maintain holding/septic tanks and entered into deferred prosecution agreements for a period of four years. Upon successful completion of each agreement, the court will dismiss the case: Larry R. Albrecht, 65, Medford; Earl F. Berg, 75, Gilman; Richard D. Iverson, 60, Rib Lake; and Neil A. Kauer, 46, Rib Lake.
Nicole J.Gilles, 22, Marshfield, pled no contest to disorderly conduct and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 12 months. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case.
Ann M. Heil, 52, Medford, pled no contest to failure to keep her vehicle under control and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of one year. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case.
William J. Bellendorf, 50, Medford, pled no contest to violating a harassment restraining order (temporary restraining order) and forfeited $579.
Matthew L. Deridder, 30, Ladysmith, pled guilty to theft of library materials and forfeited $891.45 in fines and restitution.
Nicole J. Gilles, 22, Marshfield, pled no contest to operating while under the influence-first offense [prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.15 percent]. Gilles forfeited $1,035; her driver’s license was revoked for seven months, an ignition interlock device is to be installed on her vehicle for 12 months; she must attend a victim impact panel; and she must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan.
Separate charges of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent-first offense and hit and run to an unattended vehicle against Gilles was dismissed on prosecutor’s motions.
Christopher N. Husser, 38, Medford, pled no contest to disorderly conduct and forfeited $263.50.
Pamela L. Jensen, 55, Medford, pled no contest to an amended non-criminal charge of disorderly conduct and forfeited $330.50.
Catherine M. Mayrer, 52, Medford, pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 16-19 mpg over the limit and forfeited $200.50.
Todd M. McKenzie, 50, Medford, pled no contest to an amended charge of disorderly conduct and forfeited $330.50. The original charge was battery.
Mark D. Neumueller, 31, Thorp, pled no contest to an amended charge of unreasonable noise and forfeited $169. The original charge was operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
Gary E. Webster, 63, Gilman, pled no contest to an amended non-criminal charge of disorderly conduct and forfeited $330.50.
The following were granted divorce decrees: Robert E. Devine, 29, Wausau, and Taryn L. Stittleburg, 28, Edgar; Robert J. Miller, 41, Medford, and Jennifer L. Miller, 36, Medford.
