Brandon L. Drake, 31, Medford, pled no contest to strangulation and suffocation. Sentence was withheld and Drake was placed on probation for four years on the condition he serve 10 months in jail; pay a forfeiture of $518 and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of Corrections (DOC); submit to a DNA sample; submit to GPS tracking if the probation agent deems necessary after Drake serves his jail time; submit a letter of apology, pre-approved by probation agent, to the victim within 30 days; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation agent; and maintains absolute sobriety. Drake also pled no contest to a count of battery (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury). Sentence was withheld and Drake was placed on probation for two years on the condition he pay a forfeiture of $543 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC. All other conditions, except for any additional jail time, are the same as for the first count. Drake also pled no contest to a count of second-degree recklessly endangering safety. Sentence was withheld and Drake was placed on probation for five years on the condition he pay a forfeiture of $518 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC. All other conditions, except for any additional jail time, are the same as for the first count. Drake also pled no contest to a count of disorderly conduct. Sentence was withheld and Drake was placed on probation for two years

on the condition he pay a forfeiture of $443 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC. All other conditions, except for any additional jail time, are the same as for the first count. A count of misdemeanor bail jumping was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Sentence was withheld and Drake was placed on probation for one year on the condition he pay a forfeiture of $743 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC; maintains absolute sobriety; submit to a DNA sample; submit to GPS tracking if the probation agent deems necessary after Drake serves his jail time; and undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation agent. Counts of felony bail jumping and misuse of a GPS device to obtain information were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.
