Weiler, 26, Ogema, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and reckless driving-endangering safety; Jason E. Wickersheim, 46, Medford, unsafe lane deviation and operating while under the influence-first offense; Aimee C. Anderson, 42, Mosinee, theft; Ivan W. Cheyenne R. Cloud, 20, Eau Claire, pled no contest to underage drinking-first offense. She forfeited $263.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for 30 days.

Marshall J. W. Fuchs, 21, Medford, pled no contest to operating while under the influence-first offense. Fuchs forfeited $1,050.50; his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months; an ignition interlock device is to be installed on his vehicle for one year; and he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with the driver safety plan.

Fuchs also pled no contest to separate charges of displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate (forfeited $238.30); drinking intoxicants/inhale nitrous oxide in a motor vehicle while driving on the highway (forfeited $263.50); operating a motor vehicle without insurance (forfeited $200.50) and reckless driving-endangering safety (forfeited $389.50).

Brett J. Kloth, 26, Medford, pled guilty to operating while under the influencer-first offense. Kloth forfeited $859.50; his driver’s license was revoked for six months; he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan; and must attend a victim impact panel.

A separate charge of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 percent but less than 0.15 percentfi rst offense against Kloth was dismissed on the court’s own motion.

Tony A. Noland, 21, Medford, pled no contest to speeding 25-29 mph over the limit. He forfeited $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days.

Noland also pled no contest to non-registration of vehicle and forfeited $175.30.

Brennen R. Post, 20, Spencer, pled guilty to speeding 30-34 mph over the limit, He forfeited $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days.

$332.74: James M. Sweda, 44, Owen, worthless checks (restitution).
