CLARK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT

_ Jason M. Goessl, 30, Owen, was sentenced to 60 days in jail (to be held in abeyance until further orders from the court), placed on probation for four years, and fined $518 for possession of narcotics with intent to deliver. Additional charges of possession of narcotics with intent to deliver, possession of THC with intent to deliver, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

_ Matthew W. Beran, 47, Abbotsford, was sentenced was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $1,514 for a second drunk driving offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

_ Carlton R. Short, 48, Owen, was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $443 for disorderly conduct.

_ Arlin Roblero-Bravo, 29, Dorchester, was fined $1,067 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first drunk driving offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license and $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver.

_ Daniel S. Oberholtzer, 22, Owen, was fined $767.50 for littering- depositing a large item in highway/water/property.

_ Kathia Rodriguez Castro, 21, Curtiss, was fined $589 for operating a vehicle without a valid license/second offense within three years.

_ Ramon Morillon Gonzalez, 44, Abbotsford, was fined $579 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation.

_ Julio C. Zamora Cordoba, 44, Abbotsford, was fined $579 for operating a vehicle without a valid license/second offense within three years.

_ Jordan F. Strebe, 23, Colby, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

_ Isaac M. Pajac, 18, Spencer, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

_ Martin Aguilera, 17, Curtiss, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

_ Joey A. Petras, 34, Spencer, was for $232 for operating an ATV/UTV without a muffler.

_ Jack L. Griesbach, 18, Medford, was fined $232 for operating a UTV without a valid safety certificate.

_ Tyler M. Schneider, 17, Dorchester, was fined $232 for an ATV noise limit violation.

_ Cesar B. Lozoya, 38, Curtiss, was fined $200.50 for damage to county property.

_ James C. Anderson, 17, Colby, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle by a probationary licensee with an unauthorized person in vehicle.
