OURT _ Jose R. Poron Cabrera, 20, Abbotsford, was fined $1,152.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for nine months for a first drunk driving offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $114.50 for a first underage drinking offense, $114.50 for following too closely, and $114.50 for failure to keep a vehicle under control.

_ Arlin Roblero Bravo, 29, Colby, was fined $1,067 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first drunk driving offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $175.30 for an unsafe lane deviation, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/ driver, and $162.70 for operating a vehicle with an improper color rear light.

_ Hugo Resendiz-Patron, 29, Abbotsford, was fined $859.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first drunk driving offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

_ Yexsenia Gonzalez Rivera, 31, Colby, was fined $326.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit). He was also fined $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation, $114.50 for disorderly conduct, and $10 for a safety belt violation.

_ Justin D. Sullivan, 18, Stetsonville, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense. He was also fined $250 for misrepresentation of age.

_ Douglas C. Way, 19, Medford, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

_ Austin I. Werlein, 20, Abbotsford, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

_ Eric D. Holsen, 32, Unity, was fined $175.30 for non-registration, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $175.30 for failure of owner to transfer title, and $263.50 for displaying a false vehicle registration plate.

_ Anthony T. Sanchez, 23, Unity, was fined $715 for operating vehicle without a valid license/ third offense within three years.

_ Joshua Rodriguez-Dumeng, 21, Abbotsford, was fined $579 for operating a vehicle without a valid license/second offense within three years.

_ Floyd G. Young, 42, Curtiss, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

_ Walter A. Rivera Gonzalez, 31, Stratford, was fine $232 for operating an ATV without a valid safety certificate.
