Notice to Creditors Notice Concerning the Frank Sweda Revocable Trust Dated December 30, 2014 Frank Sweda, a settlor and a trustee of the Frank Sweda Revocable Trust dated December 30, 2014, who was born on January 8, 1928, died domiciled in Taylor County, State of Wisconsin, on July 28, 2020, with a post office address of W13116 County Road F, Lublin, WI 54447.
In accordance with Wis. Stat. §701.0508, all creditors’ claims must be filed with the trustee, Nettie Kowalczyk c/o Jensen, Scott, Grunewald & Shiffler, S.C., 128 W. Division Street, P.O. Box 426, Medford, WI 54451, on or before December 7, 2020, or be barred against the trustee, the trust property, and any recipients of the trust property.

STATE OF WISCONSIN VILLAGE OF GILMAN TAYLOR COUNTY Ordinance No. 130.17
Procedure upon application of Operator License THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF GILMAN, TAYLOR COUNTY, WISCONSIN, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: Section 130.17 of the Village of Gilman Ordinances is hereby added to read as follows: A. The Clerk, may issue a license known as an “operator’s license,” which shall be granted pursuant to the Village’s discretion and upon application in writing filed with the Village Clerk. Licenses shall be granted only to persons 18 years of age and over. An operator’s license shall be operative only within the limits of the Village of Gilman.
B. The Village Police Chief must screen all new applicants before any license is issued.
C. Licenses shall be issued and numbered in the order they are granted and shall give the applicant’s name and the expiration date of said license.
D. All fees to be collected at the time of application.
E. A list of issued Operator licenses to be provided to the Village Board at subsequent Village Board meetings.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances conflicting with or contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and posting as provided by law.
