OURT Matthew P. Martin, 26, Colby, was fined $162.70 for operating a UTV without each person wearing a required safety belt and $200.50 for operating an unregistered UTV.

Chad A. Miller, 39, Pardeeville, was fined $295 for operating an ATV/UTV in a careless way and $162.70 for operating a UTV without each person wearing a required safety belt.

Jay D. Olson, 34, Fairchild, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Kirk D. Prescott, 35, whose address is listed as the Waupaca County Jail, was placed on probation for three years and fined $971 on two counts of failure to support a child. Six additional charges of failure to support a child were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Brendan S. Schauer, 20, Dorchester, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense. He was also fined $263.50 for a minor transporting intoxicants in a vehicle.

James G. Schultz, 20, Blue Mounds, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

Treyton L. Sloniker, 20, Chippewa Falls, was fined $452.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (40-44 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked.

Danielle L. Stiel-Mercer, 35, Athens, was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $453 for battery.

Casey J. Susa, 19, Greenwood, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Adam J. Vallard, 38, Appleton, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $996 on two counts of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and was fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer. Two additional counts of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and one count of bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Zachary W. Vetterkind, 20, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense. He was also fined $452.50 for sale of alcoholic beverages to underage persons.

Rondell Walker, 54, Savage, Minn., was fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 35 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

Damaion J. Wilhelmi, 25, Abbotsford, was sentenced to nine months in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2019 conviction for fourth-degree sexual assault.

Marianna K. Zimmer, 17, Green Bay, was fined $811.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $515.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 35 mph over limit) and was fined $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control, $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, and $10 for a safety belt violation.
