A charge of theft against Candice M. Mueller, 26, Stetsonville was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

Rebecca R. Cruz, 21, Stetsonville, pled no contest to disorderly conduct and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 12 months. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case.

Marissa A. Mahner, 19, Medford, pled no contest to a charge of speeding 16-19 mph over the limit and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of six months. Upon successful completion of the first offenders program, the court will dismiss the case.

Cruz E. Chacon, 36, Medford, pled no contest to an amended charge of operating without carrying a license and forfeited $393.50. The original charge had been operating without a valid license-second offense within three years.

A separate charge of operating a motor vehicle without insurance against Chacon was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

Andrea J. Deml, 28, Medford, pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 16-19 mph over the limit and forfeited $200.50.

Deml also pled no contest to operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance and forfeited $10.

Leonardo Garcia Marcelino, 28, Dorchester, pled no contest to an amended charge of operating without carrying a license and forfeited $393.50. The original charge had been operating without a valid license-second offense within three years.

Robert L. Miller, 49, Curtiss, pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 1-10 mph over the limit and forfeited $175.30.

Probation ordered

Gordon M. Yeager, 53, Medford, pled no contest to a sex registry violation. Sentence was withheld and Yeager was placed on probation for 12 months on the condition he pay a forfeiture of $518 and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of Corrections; submit to a DNA sample; and undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by the probationary agent.
