A separate charge of failure to equip vehicle with a parking brake against Pittman was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

Sandra L. Scotty, 65, Rib Lake, pled no contest to 11 counts of worthless checks and forfeited a total of $3,813.50 in fines and restitution.
