STATE OF WISCONSIN CIRCUIT COURT TAYLOR COUNTY Case No. 19-CV-82 Quicken Loans Inc.

Plaintiff, vs.

Debbie A. Riemer, John Doe Riemer a/k/a Michael Riemer and Taylor Credit Union Defendants.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on November 19, 2019 in the amount of $89,081.26 the Sheriff will sell the described premises at public auction as follows: TIME: March 3, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.

TERMS: Pursuant to said judgment, 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier’s check or certified funds, payable to the clerk of courts (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted).
