A charge of non-registration of a vehicle against Kristina D. Kapfhamer, 36, Medford, was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.
Cole D. Noeldner, 37, Medford, appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty to possession of THC-second or greater offense, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and misdemeanor bail jumping.
Mary B. Hobl, 50, Medford, pled no contest to a violation of the Taylor County sanitary code and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 12 months. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case.
Diana K. Hamilton, 73, Sheldon, pled no contest to an amended charge of speedometer violations and forfeited $175.30. The original charge had been speeding 1-10 mph over the limit.
Samuel Pantoja Vega, 28, Abbotsford, pled no contest to speeding 11-15 mph over the limit and forfeited $175.30.
Pantoja Vega also pled no contest to an amended charge of operating without carrying license and forfeited $393.50. The original charge had been operating without a valid license-third or greater offense within three years.
Praveen K. Thinakaran, 24, Orland Park, Ill., pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 1-10 mph over the limit and forfeited $175.30.
Chad R. Trautman, 45, Franksville, pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 1-10 mph over the limit and forfeited $175.30.
Kyle P. Coe, 33, Medford, pled no contest to manufacture/ delivery of heroin-less than three grams. He was sentenced to serve 18 months in prison, followed by five years of extended supervision. The prison sentence and extended supervision are to run concurrent with any other sentence he is serving. As conditions of his extended supervision, Coe must pay $518 in fines and costs and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of Corrections (DOC); submit to a DNA sample; maintain absolute sobriety; have no contact with the victim except for child issues; and undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation. Coe also pled no contest to a count of encouraging parole/probation violation. Sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year, to run consecutive to his extended supervision and any other sentence he is currently serving; and ordered to pay a fine and costs of $443 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC. All other conditions of his probation are the same as for his extended supervision. Counts of first degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.
The following were granted a divorce decree: Angel L. Torres-Cosme, 32, Reading, Pa., and Anamaris Pinto-Collazo, 34, Medford.
