Found guilty

Jason Gardner, 43, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of OWI (1st) and was ordered to pay $1,152. In addition to the fine and costs, an ignition interlock device was ordered, his DOT license was revoked for 8 months, and an alcohol assessment ordered. A charge of operating with PAC >= .15 was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. A charge of non-registration of vehicle - Auto <10,000 lbs. was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Austin Kreklau, 24, of Stetsonville, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of speeding in 55 mph zone (1-10 mph over ) amended from speeding in 55 mph zone (11-15 mph over) and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Zachary Schillinger, 24, of Minneapolis, Minn. was found guilty due to a no contest plea of speeding in 55 mph zone 11-15 mph over) amended from exceeding speed zones (16-19 mph over) and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Dismissed

The following charges were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion against Frank Plum, 72, of Medford: Posses with the intent to deliver amphetamine/methamphetamine (<= 3 g); possession of THC (2nd); and maintain a drug trafficking place. The defendant is deceased.

Pleas entered

Kenzie Bauch, 19, of Edgar, pled not guilty to credit card-fraudulent use (<= $2,500).

John C. Brandenburg, 68, of Sheldon, pled not guilty to battery (domestic abuse).

Kalub Cooper, 21, of Dorchester, pled not guilty to possession of THC.

Duane Dahm, 50, of Boyd, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct (domestic abuse).

Joseph Oberle, 36, of Gilman, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct (domestic abuse).

Jeremy Oberle, 29, of Gilman, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct (domestic abuse).

Tylor Zondlo, 28, of Rib Lake, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and to bail jumping - misdemeanor.

Divorce

On September 9, a divorce was granted to Teresa M. Rezutek of Rib Lake and Jonathan P. Rezutek of Rib Lake.
