Found guilty
Ronald Faude, 17, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating while intoxicated (1st) and was ordered to pay $944.50, have his drivers license revoked for 6 months and undergo an alcohol assessment. A charge of operating with a restricted controlled substance (1st) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Kimberly Konkel, 38, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of unlawfully causing harm or injury and was ordered to pay $1,000.
Gregory Ziembo, 34, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating a UTV without a valid safety certificate and was ordered to pay $162.70.
Deferred prosecution
A deferred prosecution agreement was approved for Patrick Colwell, 55, of Medford, for failure to maintain holding/septic tanks.
A deferred prosecution agreement was approved for Keith Williams, 69, of Medford, for theft.
Dismissed
A charge of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance was dismissed against Mariah Ditusa, 32, of Medford.
A charge of non-registration of a vehicle - auto <10,000 pounds against Jeffery Follett, 61 of Rib Lake, was dismissed.
A charge of failure to display required slow moving vehicle sign against Joseph Stutzman, 31, of Gilman, was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

David Benavidez Vaca, 45, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating without a valid license (second within three years).
Britney Hostetler, 30, of Neillsville, pled not guilty to operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).
Joshua Marzofka, 23, of Boyceville, pled not guilty to operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).
Kailey Miller, 20, of Abbotsford, pled not guilty to operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).
Marco Tentzohua-Salas, 33, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal).
