Ty August DuBois

1972-2024

Ty August DuBois, 52, of Medford, passed away on Dec. 31, 2024 at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee. Ty was born on March 18, 1972 in Hartford to Arthur and Mary Ann DuBois. He attended Medford area schools, graduating in 1991. Ty worked at several area manufacturing companies locally, he was active within his community supporting June Dairy Breakfasts, Taylor County Fairs, various Truck and Tractor Pulls and active with the We Whittlesey Whizzers Snowmobile Club.

Ty is survived by his sisters, Terry (Peter) Wimmer, Tracy (Sue) DuBois; and half sister, Tammi Barnes. Nephews, Peter (Kristen) Wimmer, Daniel (Brianna) Wimmer, Dallas Smart, Dustin (Freedom) Green, and Dakota Barnes. Nieces, Mara (CJ) Kreuscher, Marisa (Dakota-Cody) Stahnke, Cierra Rotar; and sister-in-law, Julie DuBois.

Ty was proceeded in death by his parents; and brothers, Todd and Toby DuBois.

Ty’s family would like to thank everyone who came out to B& S Bar on Jan. 4, 2025 for his Celebration of Life and shared memories and stories. Ty’s conviction to his family and friends was that he would give the shirt off his back. He was always willing to help anyone at anytime. He will be missed by ALL.
