His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for four years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were theft of movable property greater than $2,500 but less than $5,000 (repeater) and felony bail jumping (repeater).
Jessica Florence Rathkey, 40, Neillsville, was fined $2,240.50 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first), disorderly conduct, battery (domestic abuse — infliction of physical pain or injury) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). An additional charge of battery was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Dakota M. Dobberfuhl, 24, Ogema, was fined $2,232 for misdemeanor bail jumping (domestic abuse assessments), two counts of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments) and battery (domestic abuse assessments). He was sentenced to nine months in local jail. A charge of felony bail jumping was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Raul Portillo Castaneda, 24, Abbotsford, was fined $1,844 for OWI (third). He was sentenced to 45 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 24 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Kip W. Herrick, 52, Catawba, was fined $1,209 for reckless driving — cause bodily harm. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. Another count of reckless driving — cause bodily harm was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Jordan L. Friend, 20, Thorp, was fined $1,061 for child abuse — recklessly cause harm and battery (use of a dangerous weapon, domestic abuse — infliction of physical pain or injury). Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon, domestic abuse assessments).
Brian R. Franklin, 52, Spencer, was fined $961 for resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater), and battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for three years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were possession of THC (second-plus offense), resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater) and possess drug paraphernalia (repeater).
Justin T. Lindner, 38, Loyal, was fined $518 for battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. He will be required to complete an alcohol assessment and mental health assessment, and maintain absolute sobriety.
Kimberly L. Fleming, 44, Owen, was fined $443 for misdemeanor bail jumping. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for one year. Two charges of disorderly conduct were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Wesley Martin Brubaker, 38, Stratford, was fined $2,923.15 for violation of special weight limits.
Daniel Alfredo Granados Diaz, 25, Marshfield, was fined $1,118.10 for failure to keep vehicle under control, failure of operator to notify police of accident and resisting or obstructing an officer.
Marco Antonio Gomez Lopez, 28, Colby, was fined $1,049.50 for OWI (first). His license was revoked seven months and he will be required to use an ignition interlock device.
Allan James Bey, 64, Neillsville, was fined $934.36 for violation of special weight limits.
Amy Jo Foth, 40, was fined $789.40 for three dog licensing violations and a dog at large.
Thomas Kim Mewhorter, 33, Eau Claire, was fined $779 for a Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Logan Douglas Dix, 25, Chili, was fined $767.40 for shining wild animals/possessing a firearm and shining wild animals, 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Emmett Joshua Meissner, 23, Chili, was fined $767.40 for shining wild animals/possessing a firearm and shining wild animals between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Ryan James Sorensen, 26, Medford, was fined $716 for fraud on certain suppliers of goods and services, and adult contribute/underage/alcohol (first).
William Robert Schmitt, 37, Cascade, was fined $684.50 for operating ATV or UTV while intoxicated and improperly operating an ATV or UTV on public property. He will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Hill Road LLC, Chili, was fined $644.50 for worthless check — violation; penalty (amended from employer failure to pay required wage frequency).
