R EPORTS Found guilty

Cordel Ashlock, 29, of Medford was found guilty due to a no contest plea of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Jesse Brossow, 33, of Stetsonville, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of exceeding speed zones (11-15 mph) and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Bruce Gollon, 43, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Sergio Jimenezalatore, 25, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and was ordered to pay $200.50. He was also found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating without carrying a license, amended from operating without a valid license (second within three years) and was ordered to pay $393.50.

Victor Rocha Chavez, 42, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and was ordered to pay $200.50. He was also found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating without carrying a license, amended from operating without a valid license (second within three years) and was ordered to pay $393.50.

Nehemias Roque Rodriguez, 41, of Abbotsford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating without carrying a license, amended from operating without a valid license (third plus within three years) and was ordered to pay $393.50.

Rodrigo Tentzohua, 27, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and was ordered to pay $200.50. He was also found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating without a valid license, amended from operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusals) and was ordered to pay $267.50.

Jason Wanke was found guilty due to a no contest plea of OWI (1st) and was ordered to pay $1,057.50 in fine and costs, DOT license was revoked for seven months, ignition interlock device and an alcohol assessment was ordered. A citation for Operating with a PAC >= .15 (1st) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Plea entered Travis Warner, 35, of Medford pled not guilty to vehicle operator flee/elude officer.
