Hornets have the drive in them to taste success
By Ginna Young The Cadott Hornets Volleyball team is ready to get back in action on the court, starting strong to make a good showing in the conference. This year, the core four – Kasey Moldrem, Tarynn Donahue, Karlee Davis and Haley Mathison – will provide leadership and experience to the rest of the squad.
Schreiner knows that will be something the team needs as the season moves forward.
“Our goal is to finish in the top half of conference and come out with a winning record,” said Schreiner. “We want to make sure that we are continuing to grow and mesh every match, so once playoffs come, we will be at our best.”

“All saw significant playing time last season, so I’m looking to them to help those on varsity to succeed this season,” said coach Lynn Schreiner. “They know the expectations and have great knowledge of the game, so I’m looking to them to pass that on.”
Although quite young, as far as varsity play time goes, the athletes have the drive to get better and work hard.
