OURT Court dates July 16-31 Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Carl E. Brandenburg, 59, Redgranite, was fined $4,026 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, third). He was sentenced to spend 155 days in local jail, have his license revoked for 33 months, have an ignition interlock device placed on his vehicle and ordered to undergo alcohol assessment. He was also fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer. Charges of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer; operating while revoked and tampering/failure to install an ignition interlock device were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Sara Jean Dahl, 39, Thorp, was fined $1,535 for two counts of sex offender residency restrictions.
Carlos Javier Fernandez Medina, 47, Wausau, was fined $1,086 for two counts of disorderly conduct, $543 for battery (domestic) and spent 90 days in local jail. Four counts of bail jumping — felony and a charge of disorderly conduct were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Jazmine Marie Glassbrenner, 25, Neillsville, was fined $1,019 for operating with a prohibited alcohol content (PAC) of greater than 0.15 (first). Her license was revoked for seven months and she was ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Austin Quentin Howard, 29, Deer Park, Ohio, was fined $937.50 for OWI (first). His license was revoked for six months and he was ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia and $389.50 for Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation.
Marvin A. Espinoza, 27, Athens, was fined $937.50 for OWI (first). His license was revoked for six months and he was ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Zachary Ernest Feind, 28, Owen, was fined $937.50 for operating with a PAC of greater than 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). His license was revoked for six months and he was ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Kevin G. Gravitter, 43, Pearson, was fined $811.50 for OWI (first). His license was revoked for six months and he was ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $389.50 for operating while revoked (fourth).
Jean Ann Kloth, 57, Withee, was fined $811.50 for OWI (first). Her license was revoked for six months and was ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Heather Marie Buchs, 38, Merrill, was fined $811.50 for OWI (first). Her license was also revoked for six months and she was ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $263.50 for possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle – driver and $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control.
Jim Jensen Lee LLC, Elk Mound, was fined $710.48 for violation of Class A highway weight limits.
Joshua Diaz Tiburcio, 26, Unity, was fined $705 for resisting or obstructing an officer.
Michael C. Binder, 31, Dorchester, was fined $694 for possession of THC, was sentenced to jail for four months and probation for two years. He was also fined $243 for battery and sentenced to probation for two years after serving 30 days in jail. Charges of disorderly conduct and bail-jumping – misdemeanor were dismissed but read in into the court record.
Aaron N. Black, 41, Medford, was fined $518 and sentenced to 18 months in state prison for fleeing/eluding an officer after operating a vehicle (repeater). Charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and bail-jumping felony were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Kaylee Jean Blasel, 19, Medford, was fined $452.50 for underage drinking. Her license was also suspended for 30 days.
