Operating with PAC
Elliot James Marshall, 26, of Stetsonville, pled guilty to a charge of operating with PAC >=0.15 (1st offense). Marshall’s license was revoked for seven months and he must complete AODA and follow through with driver safety plan. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $885. Charges of inattentive driving and OWI (1st offense) were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Deagan James Mcnamar, 17, of Wesboro, was charged with disorderly conduct. This charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Gerald Wayne Czubakowski, 66, of Stanley was charged with failure to maintain holding/septic tanks. The charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
