n Glen A. Fifer, 41, Thorp, was sentenced to six years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision and was ordered to pay $355 in fines and costs for second-degree sexual assault of a child. He was sentenced to an additional six years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision and was ordered to pay $518 in fines and costs for repeated sexual assault of the same child.

n Dino A. Lapetina, 29, Thorp, was sentenced to 45 days in jail and fined $543 for battery/domestic abuse. A charge of disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse was dismissed but read-in to the court record. In a separate case, he was fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and $443 for misdemeanor bail jumping. Additional charges of disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse/as party to a crime were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

n Marc A. Lindgren, 34, Loyal, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for battery. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $443. He was also placed on probation for 24 months and fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse.

n Tyler J. Mohr, 29, Black River Falls, was sentenced to six months in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2021 conviction for bail jumping. He was also sentenced to 15 days in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2021 conviction for a second OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 month and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months. In a separate case, he was sentenced to six months in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2020 conviction for possession of THC with intent to deliver.

n John W. Snape II, 61, Tomah, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for intimidating a victim to dissuade reporting/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years and fined $493. He was also fined $243 for resisting or obstructing an officer and $243 for disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse. Additional charges of false imprisonment/use of a dangerous weapon/domestic abuse and stalking/use of a dangerous weapon/ domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
