ABBOTSFORD MUNICIPAL COURT
_ Jose L. Cruz Hernandez, 25, Colby, was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $1,439 for a second drunk driving offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $350 for ignition interlock device tampering/ failure to install/violate court order.
_ Patricia Castro-Hernandez, 40, Abbotsford, was fined $589 for operating a vehicle without a valid license/second offense within three years.
_ Alonso Garcia Sosa, 24, Curtiss, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

_ Daman A. Brusky, 18, Dorchester, was fined $225.70 for speeding.
_ Laura J. Harmon, 55, Owen, was fined $213.10 for operating left of center.
_ Kaysha M. Harmon, 34, Abbotsford, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.
_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license: Juan E. Adame de Leon, 30, Abbotsford; Efrain Cruz Lopez, 21, Colby.
_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance: Amy S. Foreba, 37, Colby; Kaysha M. Harmon, 34, Abbotsford.
_ Carolyn M. Hoover, 23, Owen, was fined $175.30 for unsafe backing of vehicle.
_ The following were fined $175.30 for speeding: Juan E. Adame de Leon, 30, Abbotsford; Levi J.L. Batten, 21, Spencer; Bethany C. Bender, 23, Curtiss; Hector M. Cintron Cruz, 27, Abbotsford.
_ Patricia I. Brost, 54, Medford, was fined $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.
