CLARK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT

_ Albert X. Rodriguez Lazu, 28, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 15 days in jail for battery/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for one year and fined $565.60. Charges of strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

_ McCoy A. Soppa, 24, Colby, was fined $1,094 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first drunk driving offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $358 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit).

_ Juan M. De Jesus Rojas, 40, Colby, was fined $1,060 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first drunk driving offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

_ Candelario Lopez Villanueva, 32, Stetsonville, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first drunk offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license and $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver.

_ Benjamin S. Riihinen, 26, Owen, was fined $967.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. He is to undergo an

alcohol assessment.

_ Fredy Castrejon Conde, 39, Dorchester, was fined $579 for operating a vehicle without a valid license/second offense within three years.

_ Taylor W. Bryant, 20, Medford, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia and $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation.

_ Talitha R. Miller, 18, Medford, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit). She was also fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia and $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation.

_ Anayeli Engracia-Emigdio, 24, Dorchester, was fined $715 for operating a vehicle without a valid license/third or greater offense within three years.

_ Harlee A. Slusser, 23, Owen, was fined $515.50 for resisting or obstructing an officer.

_ Lluvia Castruita Sosa, 18, Unity, was fined $452.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (40-44 mph over limit).

_ Robert C. Moeller, 55, Spencer, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

_ Roland W. Martin, 19, Athens, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

_ Luis A. Vazquez Acosta, 24, Abbotsford, was fined $589 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation.

_ Anthony T. Sanchez, 24, Unity, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

_ Brian E. Brubacker, 17, Unity, was fined $263.50 for disorderly conduct with a vehicle.

_ Kimberly L. Fleming, 40, Owen, was fined $263.50 for allowing domesticated animals to run at large.

_ Gerald I. Baker, 25, Owen, was fined $232 for operating a motorboat without a valid safety certificate.

_ Maria C. Franco Favela, 24, Medford, was fined $210.80 for operating a vehicle without carrying a license.

_ Elidio Bernal Mejia, 51, Curtiss, was fined $200.50 for having open intoxicants in a vehicle/ passenger.

_ Gene B. Zimmerman, 67, Owen, was fined $200.50 for depositing/discharging solid waste on public or private property.

_ Torri Riegert, 24, Dorchester, was fined $181.50 for disorderly conduct.

_ Brandon C. Mueller, 34, Abbotsford, was fined $175.30 for disorderly conduct with a vehicle;

_ Richard K. Simonson, 76, Colby, was fined $175.30 for red traffic light violation.

_ John D. Weaver, 18, Stetsonville, was fined $175.30 for operating a vehicle without an adequate muffler.
