Margaret ‘Peggy’ Hill

Margaret “Peggy” Hill, 81, Evansville, Ind., formerly of Loyal, passed away on Monday, May 24, 2021, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville. There will be a graveside service at 3 p.m. on Friday, June 25, at Highland Garden of Memories in Belvidere, Ill.

Peggy was born on June 25, 1939, in Hunter, Ill., to Frank B. and Eleanor (nee Marks) Ball. She was raised in Illinois and spent more than 30 years in the Loyal/Marshfield area. She later moved to Indiana to live with her daughter.

Peggy is survived by her two daughters: Jolyne Chapman of Evansville, Ind., and Belinda Chizek of Blue River; her furbaby companion, Sashi; her grandchildren: Wayne DeBuhr of Little Chute, Dietrich DeBuhr of Madison, Ethan DeBuhr of Blue River, Courtney Doll of Grand Forks, N.D., Kaitlyn Doll of Sheboygan, Jennie-Lynn Krauter of Kennan, Ron Chapman of Henderson, Kent., Chad Chapman of Fairfield, Ill. and Brandon Chapman of Fairfield, Ill.; her greatgrandchildren: Christopher, Justice and Jaycee Foster of Grand Forks N.D., Rose Edinger of Kennan, and Brenlee, Kenlee, Henlee, Alexis and Darin Chapman all of Illinois; her great-great grandchildren: Harper and Darin Chapman Jr. of Illinois; her sisters: Dolly Sonneson of Beloit, Judy Zeck of Conde, S.D., and Vickie Taylor of Cedaredge, Colo.; and her brothers: Don Ball of Roscoe, Ill., and Ed Ball of Fort Smith, Ark.

She was preceded in death by her parents: three brothers: Jerry Ball, William Ball and Richard Ball; and her three sons: Wayne, Dane and Raymond Hill.
