A charge of failure to signal a turn/unsafe turn against Henry H. Stutzman, 23, Gilman, was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

Benjamin G. Brunner, 17, Medford, made an initial appearance in court and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of six months for a charge of inattentive driving. Upon successful completion of the first offenders program, the court will dismiss the case.

Jessalyn J. Holub, 17, Medford, made an initial appearance in court and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of six months for a charge of tobacco on school property. Upon successful completion of the smoking cessation program, the court will dismiss the case.
