OURT Robert D. Erickson, 55, Altoona, was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $518 for felony bail jumping. He was also fined $778 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation. Two additional counts of felony bail jumping/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Michael R. Frank, 68, Kewaskum, was fined $343.50 for failure to immediately validate/attach a bear carcass tag/as party to a crime and $243 for possession of birds in excess of bag limit/as party to a crime.
Hunter M. Gwynn, 19, Pittsville, was fined $200.50 on each of two counts of operating a vehicle while suspended and $200.50 for speeding.
Travis D. Henning, 50, Arcadia, was sentenced to 12 months in jail (six months to be served immediately and six months stayed), placed on probation for three years, and fined $1,894 for a fifth/sixth OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 36 months and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 36 months.
Todd R. Hoeper, 60, Greenwood, was fined $515.50 for disorderly conduct. A charge of criminal damage to property/domestic abuse was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Theodore L. Karlstedt, 48, Black River Falls, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for possession of methamphetamine/ repeater. The jail sentence was stayed pending further orders from the court and he was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $493. He was also sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $443 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense/repeater.
Shane A. McNamar, 25, Medford, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit). He was also fined $175.30 for passing in a no-passing zone.
Tyler J. Mohr, 28, Neillsville, was sentenced to 15 days in jail for a second OWI offense. The jail sentence was stayed until further orders from the court and he was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $1,504. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months. He was also sentenced to 15 days in jail (also stayed), placed on probation for 18 months, and fined $443 for bail jumping. In a separate case, he was fined $243 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcoholrelated offense, and a charge of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install was dismissed and read-in to the court record.
