Summer fun at school

Students at Abbotsford schools have been enjoying a different version of school during the month of July. Summer school is in session and the students have participated in a number of activities and events. Elementary school principal Abbey Frischmann said, “It’s been nice to have smiling faces of students and staff back in the halls.” Pictured: Summer school participants throw frisbees on the football field. In the background, the new football announcer’s booth can be seen as the framing and footings are in place. The booth is expected to be complete before the school year begins.
