Court dates June 16-30 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation David B. Coblentz, 30, Friendship, was fined $14,813.34 for two counts of battery and one count of resisting or obstructing an officer. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. He will also be required to complete 40 hours of community service.

Stevyn H. Schlinsog, 50, Granton, was fined $2,512 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, second) and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, amended from operating while intoxicated (OWI, second). He was sentenced to 70 days in local jail, with one day credit. His license was revoked 16 months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of misdemeanor bail jumping was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Andrew Darnell King Kimble, 34, Neillsville, was fined $1,504 for criminal damage to property (repeater), disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments, repeater) and battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer (repeater). He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison, two years in local jail and three years of extended supervision. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were mistreatment of animals/cause death (repeater, domestic abuse assessments), drive or operate vehicle without consent (repeater), four counts of felony bail jumping (repeater) and battery (domestic abuse – infliction of physical pain or injury, repeater).

Trevor J. Harrison, 22, Wisconsin Rapids, was fined $1,036 for burglary – building or dwelling and felony bail jumping. He was sentenced to 30 months in state prison, as well as three years of extended supervision. Norberto Pacheco Santos, 42, Spencer, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). His sentence was imposed and stayed, and he was placed on probation for one year.

Jeffrey Scott Skaggs, 50, Park Falls, was fined $518 for vehicle operator flee/elude officer. His sentence was imposed and stayed, and he was placed on probation for three years. Charges of possession of THC (second-plus offense) and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Tristen J. Rue, 22, Colby, was fined $1,161 for battery (domestic abuse assessments, domestic abuse – infliction of physical pain or injury) and false imprisonment (domestic abuse assessments). His sentence was imposed and stayed and he was placed on probation for three years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were felony bail jumping, criminal damage to property (domestic abuse assessments), disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments), strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse assessments, domestic abuse – infliction of physical pain or injury) and battery (domestic abuse assessments).

Joseph G. Berg, 44, Loyal, was fined $518 for bodily harm or threat to employee of health care facility or family. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for three years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include bodily harm or threat to employee of health care facility or family (repeater) and disorderly conduct (repeater).

Charlene L. Herrin, 43, Marshfield, was fined $518 for manufacture/deliver amphetamine (less than or equal to 3 grams). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for four years. She will also be required to complete 50 hours of community service. Charges of possess firearm – convicted of a felony and theft of movable property – special facts were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Mary Jean Newman, 64, Neillsville, was fined $464.50 for issuance of worthless checks.

Tyler T.J. Cooper, 32, Humbird, was fined $443 for disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 60 days in local jail. A charge of battery was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Shelley Ann Neumann, 61, South Milwaukee, was fined $443 for a computer crime – access data. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for one year. She will also be required to complete 20 hours of community service. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were felony bail jumping and misappropriate ID information – harm reputation.

Ryan William Kirn, 29, Jackson, was fined $343.50 for failure to register harvested animal within established timeframe.

Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Christian A. Doss, 40, Neillsville, was fined $1,569.50 for two counts of license restriction – Class D or M vehicle and three counts of operating while revoked (forfeiture fourth).

Randall Ray Mellenthin, 66, Unity, was fined $1,193 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal, repeater). Charges of misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater), ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order (repeater) and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal, repeater) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Lilli Virginia Lindvig, 23, Black River Falls, was fined $1,037.50 for OWI (first). She had her license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Dustin Alan Webb, 45, Taylor, was fined $1,003.50 for two counts of operating while revoked (forfeiture third) and one count of retail theft.

Leslie A. Zielinski, 47, Unity, was fined $999.50 for reckless driving – endanger safety, amended from OWI (third).

Anderson E. Ribera Reyes, 20, Colby, was fined $974.50 for reckless driving – endanger safety.

John Joseph Lane, 49, Thorp, was fined $779 for possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Fabian Enrique Mejia Morales, 25, Withee, was fined $639.30 for operating left of center, driving too fast for conditions and failure to keep vehicle under control.

Justin Michael Farmer, 43, Alma Center, was fined $602.21 for two counts of retail theft.

Amalia Melgarejo, 54, Stratford, was fined $579 for resisting or obstructing an officer.

Tony Casper Lindner, 20, Loyal, was fined $570 for underage person presence in place of sale, resisting or obstructing an officer, and underage drinking – possess 17-20 (first).

Jazmine Skye Axford, 31, Rochester, Minn., was fined $553 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments).

Tayler Nicole Jaeger, 25, West Allis, was fined $338 for operating without a valid license because of expiration and operating after revocation/suspension of registration.

Jordy Hainover Castaneda Camelo, 31, Abbotsford, was fined $300 for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle, amended from speeding in a 55 mph zone (20-24 mph).

Kimberlee Jean Frohling, 20, Thorp, was fined $263.50 for underage possession of alcohol (possess or consume).
