OURT Court dates Oct. 16β31 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Andrew Gutierrez Visperas, 50, Bremerton, Wash., was fined $7,438 for possession of narcotic drugs. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 85 days of jail credit. Charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Kyle S. Neinfeldt, 24, Greenwood, was fined $1,922 for felony bail jumping, criminal damage to property, resisting or obstructing an officer, and escape β criminal arrest. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for three years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were six counts of felony bail jumping, disorderly conduct, removing a vehicleβs parts without consent, and battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer (attempt).
Devine Eileen Mendoza, 32, Auburndale, was fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine (repeater). Her jail sentence was imposed and stayed, pending further order of the court, and she was placed on probation for three years. Two counts of felony bail jumping were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Michaela J. Stephens, 36, Thorp, was fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for one year. A charge of resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Justin Anthony Marchio, 33, Owen, was fined $1,037.50 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Hedilberto Salassanchez, 32, Loyal, was fined $1,037.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Emilio Tzanahuatentzohua, 30, Pine River, was fined $987.50 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, greater than or equal to 0.15, first). He had his license revoked seven months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Kevin Peterson, 33, Merrillan, was fined $985.30 for shooting a bow/crossbow from the highway; failure to keep records as required, failure to keep accurate records or to otherwise provide incorrect information; and hunting within 50 feet of the roadβs center. He had all Chapter 29 privileges revoked for one year.
Hayden Gregory Weiler, 18, Owen, was fined $887.50 for trapping with untagged traps, failure to kill game/furbearing animal and damaging natural resources.
Deven Charles King, 20, Greenwood, was fined $828.30 for reckless driving β endangering safety, operating while revoked (forfeiture first) and displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate.
Luis Lopez Santiago, was fined $779 for resisting or obstructing an officer (forfeiture) and possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle β driver.
Robert Rajek Jr. was fined $767.50 for contract motor carrier failure to be licensed.
Patric Lee Kranz, 49, Merrillan, was fined $684.50 for operating a boat at night without required lighting equipment and operating a boat while intoxicated.
Desmond Lee Smith, 23, Neillsville, was fined $670.80 for possess/transport carcass of another while afield and not accompanied by that person, and transport/possess game that was improperly taken from Indian land.
Steven John Kolpien, 36, Withee, was fined $653 for operating while revoked (forfeiture fourth) and displaying a false vehicle registration plate.
Seth John Vojtasek, 19, Willard, was fined $566.40 for hunting with improper license β R and failure to register a harvested animal within the established time frame.
Jose Hernandez Lopez, 30, Abbotsford, was fined $515.50 for speeding on an expressway (35-plus mph). His license was suspended 15 days.

Randall Ray Mellenthin, 65, Unity, was fined $443 for misdemeanor bail jumping. Two other counts of misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed but read in to the court record.
