A vehicle operated by Carol Willman, 75, of Medford, was traveling southbound on Woodland Rd. and stopped where it intersects with Allman Ave. Willman indicated she did not see a vehicle operated by Clint Semrau, 45, of Medford, and attempted a left turn by going into the westbound lane of Allman Ave. The vehicle operated by Willman then struck the vehicle operated by Semrau on the front left corner causing minor damages to both vehicles. Semrau also advised he tried to avoid the collision by going onto the shoulder of Allman Ave. Willman was issued a citation for an improper left turn and the vehicle was later removed by Willman.
